Privacy Policy for Glidoku

Last updated: July 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Clever Cat Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Glidoku (the “App,” package name com.bhuie.glidoku), available on Google Play. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Summary

Glidoku is a single-player sliding-tile puzzle game that is free to download and supported by advertising. We do not require an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, or other personal details to play. Your game progress is stored only on your device. The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, which relies on a third-party advertising service that may collect certain device and usage information as described below. If you are in a region that requires it (such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), the App asks for your consent before showing personalized ads.

2. Information We Collect

a) Information stored on your device

The App saves your gameplay data — such as your best results for each level (moves and time), your current level and unlocked progress, and your sound preference — in local storage on your device. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.

b) Information collected automatically through advertising

The App shows ads (for example, after you complete a level) through Google AdMob, Google’s mobile advertising service. To serve, measure, and (where permitted) personalize ads, Google and its partners may automatically collect and process information, which can include:

We do not control the data that Google and its partners collect through the advertising SDK. Their processing of this information is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and advertising terms (see Section 6).

The App requests no special device permissions and does not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise (GPS) location.

3. How We Use Information

4. Advertising and Your Consent

The App is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized (based on information Google associates with your device) or non-personalized (based only on general, contextual signals).

Where required by law — including for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to present a consent form before ads are loaded, so you can choose whether Google and its partners may use your information for personalized advertising. If you do not consent, you will see non-personalized ads instead.

You can also control ad personalization at the device level:

Glidoku does not offer an ad-free version or any in-app purchase. Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads; you will still see non-personalized ads that keep the App free.

5. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share the on-device game data described in Section 2(a) with anyone. Information collected through the advertising SDK (Section 2(b)) is shared with and processed by Google and its advertising partners for the purposes of serving and measuring ads. Under some privacy laws, the use of advertising identifiers for personalized (cross-context behavioral) advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; you can opt out using the consent form and the device controls in Section 4 and Section 7.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — such as the right to access, correct, or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to opt out of personalized advertising or its “sale”/“sharing.” You can:

For residents of the European Economic Area / United Kingdom (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA), these rights and the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” opt-out are exercised through the consent form and the device-level ad controls above, and by contacting us.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Data Retention

On-device game data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App. Information processed by Google for advertising is retained according to Google’s own retention practices, described in its privacy policy.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. Because gameplay data is stored locally on your device and we do not operate our own servers for the App, most of your information never leaves your device. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Users

The App is operated from the United States. If you use the App from outside the United States, any information processed through the advertising service may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where Google and its partners operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be announced within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
